- NEW ORLEANS, Fri. March 23-Mon. March 26, ’12 - $100 deposit due at time of sign up. Make Checks payable to “PGHS” and give to Mr. Gee.  Parent chaperones are welcome and encouraged. 

Sign-up & Payment Schedule:
1st Deposit:  $100–Due upon sign-up–all NON-REFUNDABLE* deposits due by October 28, 2011
Senior Dibs          October 3-7
Junior Dibs           October 10-14 (still open to Seniors)
Soph Dibs            October 17-21 (still open to Seniors, Juniors)
Fresh Dibs           October 24-28 (still open to All)

2nd Deposit:  $150 - Due by December 16, 2011
3rd Deposit:  $150 - Due by January 26, 2012
4th Deposit:  Remaining Balance (approx. $150) - Due by February 20, 2012

*Once we make a deposit, tickets are purchased and reservations are made for the trip that we cannot undo.  This is why the deposit must be non-refundable.

BAND BOOSTERS/ALL PARENTS - Monthly meetings are typically held FIRST Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Band or Chorus Room! 
    Exceptions:  The members shall meet once a month on the first Tuesday of each month, with the exception of September and July, which will be held on the second Tuesday, and the October meeting will be held on the first Monday. The May meeting will be held for the purpose of electing officers and directors of the corporation and for the transaction of such other business as may be brought before the meeting.

Recycle ink jet printer cartridges, cell phones, MP3 players, digital recorders, broken metal jewelry, etc.  Drop box is located in hallway, front of Mr. Gee’s office.  This is an ongoing fund raiser between now thru June.
